  • ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE (24-72 HOURS) DEPENDING ON SERVICE BEING PROVIDED 

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE DEDUCTED OFF OF PRICE OF SERVICE BUT WILL BE LOST IF APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET 

  • $15 LATE FEE (10-15MINS)

  • IF YOU ARE OVER 15 MINS LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND CAN BE REBOOKED WITHIN THAT SAME WEEK

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW (YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE) 

  • 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS(CALL,TEXT,OR EMAIL)

  • PLEASE COME WITH A CLEAN FACE TO ANY BROW OR LASH APPOINTMENTS

  • ALL WIG ORDERS REQUIRE A $150 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO BUYER THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AND GOES TOWARDS YOUR BALANCE.) IF FOR ANY REASON WIG REQUIREMENTS WEREN'T MET PLEASE REFER TO OUR RETURN POLICY.

RETURNS

  • All X2C BODY CARE & COSMETIC ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! IF YOU WILL NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IT IS REQUIRED YOU DO SO WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PURCHASE.

  • X2C HAIR/WIGS AND MINK LASH EXTENSIONS CAN BE RETURNED, BUT IN ORDER TO DO SO YOU'LL NEED TO CONTACT X2C AT   WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING PURCHASE! X2C HAIR/WIGS AND MINK LASHES MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS DELIVERED! HAIR, WIGS, OR LASHES CAN NOT BE WORN, UNWRAPPED OR UNPACKAGED WITH LABELS OR TAGS MISSING (IF WE ARE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY HAVE BEEN WORN THERE WILL BE NO RETURN!) , ALSO FRONTALS OR CLOSURES CAN NOT BE COMBED AND OR TAMPERED WITH! WHEN RETURNING X2C HAIR/WIGS or MINK LASH EXTENSIONS A TRACKING NUMBER IS REQUIRED! NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO RETURN! PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RETURN TO BE REVIEWED AND RETURNED IF APPLICABLE!
